Shahzad played his career-best unbeaten knock of 118 runs from 67 balls against Zimbabwe in 2016 helping his team to score 215 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. He scored 80 runs from 60 balls against Oman in 2017 and helped his team chase a target of 150 runs.

Mohammad Nabi

Nabi is an all-rounder who was also Afghanistan’s Captain and has played a total of 104 T20 matches scoring 1686 runs. He is the most experienced T20 player in Afghanistan and has helped his team win many matches. Nabi played his career-best knock of 89 runs from 30 balls including nine sixes and helped his team score a total of 233 runs for the loss of 8 wickets. Najibullah Zadran

Asghar Afghan

During the T20 World Cup of 2016, he played his career-best knock of 62 runs from 47 balls against Sri Lanka and helped his side post a total of 153 runs for the loss of seven wickets. Afghan scored 55 runs from 38 balls against Zimbabwe in 2021 and helped his side make a total of 198 runs for the loss of 5 wickets.

Samiullah Shinwari

Shinwari played as an all-rounder who represented Afghanistan in a total of 65 T20 Internationals and scored a total of 1013 runs. Shinwari played his career-best knock of 61 runs from 34 balls against Canada in the ICC World T20 Qualifier match in 2012 and helped his team score well. Shinwari played another crucial knock of 56 runs from 36 balls against Ireland in 2017 and helped his team chase a total of 166 runs.

Hazratullah Zazai

Zazai is a left-hand batsman who has played a total of 34 T20 Internationals for Afghanistan scoring 967 runs. Zazai played his career-best knock of unbeaten 162 runs from 62 balls against Ireland in 2019 helping his team to score a total of 278 runs for the loss of 3 wickets. Opening the innings against Zimbabwe in 2021, he played his career-best knock of 87 runs from 45 balls and helped his team score a total of 198 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. Gurbaz scored 84 from 45 balls against Sri Lanka in 2022 and helped his team post a total of 175 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.

Usman Ghani

Ghani is a right-hand top-order batsman who has represented Afghanistan in a total of 33 T20 Internationals scoring 764 runs. Ghani was involved in an opening partnership of 236 runs with Hazratullah Zazai against Ireland in 2019 and played his career-best knock of 73 runs from 48 balls helping his team win the match by 84 runs. Ghani scored 69 runs from 54 balls against Oman in 2015 and helped his team score a total of 159 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.

Gulbadin Naib

Naib plays as an all-rounder for Afghanistan and has played in 55 T20 International matches scoring a total of 615 runs. Karim Sadiq

Sadiq is a right-hand batsman who has played in 36 T20 International matches for Afghanistan and scored a total of 538 runs. Sadiq played his career-best knock of 72 runs from 48 balls against the United Arab Emirates and helped his team recover from the loss of early wickets. Sadiq opened the innings against Canada in 2010 scoring a quick-fire 42 runs from 35 balls helping his team chase a total of 141 runs.
